Prices stated on this site are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Shipping charges, import duties and taxes are not included. Products shown are for illustration purpose only. Creek Studio reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Creek Studio attempts to ensure that all information listed in this website is as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
If you have banked in to us but your order is cancelled, we shall refund the transferred amount back to your bank account within 48 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please note that size of pictures is not according to proportion and colour may differ due to individual monitor’s resolution.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Whilst we endeavour to ensure products are always available, there may be times when products will be temporarily out of stock in our online store. In these instances the buyer will be notified for a product replacement or refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery of the goods shall be made to the address specified by the customer in its order. If the product purchased by you is available, it will be shipped to you upon receipt of payment. Delivery takes 5 Working Days Delivery to selected courier service.
Shipping fee is applied and as below:
Peninsular Malaysia
Every item at RM10.00 per item shipped. Free shipping applicable for cumulative orders above RM49.00.
East Malaysia
Every item at RM30.00 per item shipped.
Once your purchase has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation of when your order was shipped. You can track your order online 24hours / 7 days via the designated courier company used.
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. If the buyer refuses acceptance of delivery or of a part thereof, the buyer has to bear all expenses caused by or arising out of this.
Creek Studio does not provide any international shipping at the moment.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Creek Studio practices a non return / refund policy on any confirmed purchases made. For online purchases, if the purchaser is able to provide proof of items received broken or defective within 7 days of receiving item, Creek Studio will accept the product return and replace with a new unit or closest replacement unit if the original unit is not available in stock. However, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Refunds are subject to approval.
